In the Care Ministries, we hope that all feel welcomed and that needs are met, whether its to know more about Jesus, to submit prayer requests, to worship, to be involved in our ministries, or just to be cared for. We are blessed by those joining our church family, and we are humbled by those who we might have reached in some way, but we will never know it.

As a care minister, there is some sense of excitement driving to church, not knowing who you are going to meet, not knowing the situations that may arise, but knowing the impact that you can have with God's help. About 250 attend Trinity every year for the first time. That's an average of about 5 first-time attendees per Sunday!

Currently over 25 volunteers rotate on teams as greeters on Sunday mornings, offering support to help serve in this outreach ministry to first time attendees. Through the weeks that follow, there are deposits of care, including delivering cookies, as well as praying, building relationships, and sending welcome letters.

If you were wondering how you can respond to the Great Commission, or would like to build relationships, or be active with a servant's heart, then you might want to be involved in this ministry. Please let us know, and you too can make an impact. To find out more about Care Ministries International, check the website at http://www.careministries.net/.
